About Bluewater Veterinary Services
Bluewater Veterinary Services was founded in 2010 by Dr. Kathlene (Kathy) Dornblaser, DVM to provide relief services to the Veterinary Hospitals of Northeast North Carolina. As the founder and owner of a private Veterinary Hospital for over 12 years, Dr. Dornblaser quickly learned the value and scarcity of quality relief services. Providing high quality care with the compassion expected of a seasoned veterinarian to area hospitals became a career goal and has proven extremely satisfying over the last decade of service - Allowing the Owners and Associates of Veterinary Hospitals to take well deserved time off with peace of mind knowing the utmost care is being provided in their absence.
Provided services include all wellness, sick visit, and routine surgical procedures for companion animal patients. Care is tailored to remain consistant with the attending hospital's policies, procedures, and quality of care.
Dr. Dornblaser obtained her Bachelors Degree in Biology/Minor in Chemistry from Jacksonville University (Jacksonville, Florida) and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University (Raleigh, North Carolina).
